I wore these all Cowes Week 2012 (with a pair of Rooster leggings underneath, when necessary). Super-comfortable, allowing ease of movement without the bulk of oilskin trousers. The clear pocket on the right thigh is good for keeping a notebook facing upwards with the course on.
I did, however, find the two front pockets a little too shallow; could do with being deeper to stop coins etc falling out.
