Water repellent and it works!
This is a well made, lightweight jacket that I use primarily for running. Last week I wore it cycling for a whole day and it rained all day in a typical British summer kind of way. I was kept dry by this jacket, so I would describe it as waterproof, not repellent! Bargain at the moment too, much better than my more expensive Nike jacket.

My favourite running jacket
I run and cycle 6 times a week and always wear this - unless the weather forecast shows heavy rain.

It's very light and dries extremely quickly. It offers some wind and shower protection, but remember to wear something warm underneath in the colder months

It has one small side pocket which is only any use for light objects - I use it for my spectacles. The inside of the collar is lined with velour, which is nice and warm when zipped up. It also has a velcro patch on the rear to attach the RonHill viz LED (or others).

Would definitely buy another one.
