Confused but happy
i bought this item in the hope it was quite heavy duty, however when it arrived in a box i was shocked at the lightness of the weight. The '3 layer' has confused me slightly, what that actually means i do not know, there is one layer and it is thin but i like it very much and could fit a thickish jumper under it as i have bought this jacket for the wintery snowy days... although for the price i am very happy it is smart and love the attached lycra mitts...bonus! It also does seem to keep the wind off so generally a good buy.
