ABSOLUTE GEM
I bought this jacket for use in Afghanistan as I wanted a soft shell with a bit of warmth to wear when I had the down time. Bought in conjunction with the Belay advance jacket which is very warm, this jacket does have enough integral warmth to wear as a standalone but probaly only suited for autumn use unless teamed up with a decent base layer system. The only downside to the quantum is that it is just too nice looking to trash using over here so its getting saved till Im back in the UK and will be used when walking the dog.
